This Content Policy outlines acceptable and prohibited uses of EzVoice. By using EzVoice, you agree to comply with this policy. EzVoice reserves the right to determine whether a use case violates these terms.

1. Illegal or Harmful Activities

In any manner that violates applicable laws (national or international).
To promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, terrorism, or organized crime.

2. Harm to Individuals or Groups

To exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors.
To harass, stalk, defame, or threaten individuals.
To generate or spread "Deepfakes" or misinformation intended to cause public panic or reputational damage.

3. Unauthorized Voice Use & Privacy

To generate or distribute personally identifiable information (PII) of others.
To impersonate public figures, private individuals, or entities for deceptive purposes.

4. Discrimination & Hate Speech

To create content that incites violence, promotes hatred, or discriminates based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or protected characteristics.

5. Fraud and Deception

To use AI-generated voices in scams, phishing, "vishing" (voice phishing), or any financial fraud.
To bypass voice-based biometric security systems.

6. Sensitive and Restricted Content

To generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual sexual content (NSFW).
To produce gratuitously violent, abusive, or disturbing content.

7. High-Risk & Regulated Fields

Political Use: To generate content for political campaigning, lobbying, or mimicking government officials to influence elections.
Professional Advice: To provide medical, legal, or financial advice without a human professional in the loop.
Critical Infrastructure: For emergency services, law enforcement, or real-time public safety announcements.

8. System Integrity

To attempt to reverse engineer the AI models, scrape data, or bypass usage limits and safety filters.

Enforcement

We employ automated and manual review systems. Violations may result in:

Immediate removal of content.
Suspension or permanent termination of the account.
Reporting to law enforcement authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

Final Note

Users retain responsibility for the content they create. EzVoice is a tool for creativity, and we expect our community to use it ethically and legally.
